I have been with Dr. Staci Mchale since 2020 and she has delivered both of my beautiful and precious children. She delivered my son back in July 2020 and just recently she delivered my daughter in May 2024. Dr. Mchale is the best OB I have ever had! She is very thorough and detail oriented, which I love because I am very much the same way and she puts the best interest of her patients first. I also just had a procedure done to get my tubes removed and the procedure went smoothly and I have very minimal pain. I know that sometimes the waits can be very long and frustrating when going to the office for your appointment as you guys can all see within the other reviews. However, she is most definitely a Doctor that is worth the wait. I think people forget that she is only one person and she is not only seeing her patients in the office, but she's also sometimes delivering babies at the hospital as well. Her work ethic is phenomenal and she really takes the time to listen to you and your needs.
The staff are also wonderful, Tim, Carrie, Ashley, and Celeste to name a few are beyond amazing, and have great personalities! I can't remember the lady's name who takes the ultrasounds, but she is a blast to be around also as her personality is very lively, and she makes you feel at ease each time you come in for an ultrasound especially if you're a nervous wreck like me lol.
Overall, I would highly recommend this practice because the pros most definitely outweigh the cons and when coming here I always know that I'm in good hands!

I had been a patient of Dr. McHale I think for about two years until today. Prior to switching to Dr. McHale I went to her P.A. Celeste and it was such a terrible experience. Today was a nightmare as have been the days leading up. I was scheduled for my original appointment on Friday July, 19th, I had received a text message in the early morning saying she wasn't going to be able to make it as she was delivering a baby...I rescheduled it for Monday July, 22nd, I was late for work all to be told again she was delivering a baby and that I'd have to reschedule...I made my third and final appointment for today (Wednesday, July 23rd) my appointment time was at 11:15a, fast forward it is now 12:15p and I still haven't been called while I see so many others being called before me who checked in after, I went and spoke to someone, he was the office manager, and first and foremost why is a MAN an office manager at a women's care facility when they don't understand these check up's at all...make it make sense...I lost my temper with him and started arguing and saying that it is ridiculous and an inconvenience that I have to miss two days of work for their lack of consistency and promptness to their "patients" and he didn't seem to care which pissed me off even more and all he kept saying was I can reschedule you and I began to sit there and argue some more and demanded I get taken back and see the doctor immediately. He ended up getting Celeste to assist me after I threw a fit and the appointment took just 5 minutes. It's unbelievable that I waited longer to be taken back. This place is a shit show and they clearly need assistance.

Dr. McHale herself is simply fantastic. She and her support staff are very thorough, and they explain everything clearly. Everyone in her office has been friendly and helpful.

Very professional office. All office staff are very helpful and they make you feel very comfortable Dr McHale is the best. She answers all questions and addresses all issues you may have and explains everything.

Dr. McHale is the best! She listens and talks to you and wants to help. Impeccable bedside manner which is almost unheard of these days. I would recommend her to anyone, especially if you're interested in HRT.

I have been a patient of Dr McHale's since 2010 and I can't say it enough how much I respect, trust, and appreciate her. She has taken great care of me through a variety of medical issues that I have had over the years and I am so grateful. Dr. McHale is knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate; She is truly what I think we all look for in a Healthcare provider.

Dr.Mchale is very nice, sweet, and very professional. I feel comfortable to have her as my OB and she always spent time to talk and discuss pro/con, options, concerns with me. Office is clean and staff is nice. I love to get annual check up and blood work at the same time so save time for other doc's appointment.

Wonderful practice! There’s a little bit of a wait time, BUT, any amount of wait time is worth eventually seeing Dr. McHale! She’s amazing! No matter how busy, she always makes time for her patients! I’m very happy with her as my doctor!
